Reading is an art. Read to lead. We all familiar with these. Somehow.

Since I began to read, I already developed the habit of and love for reading. My family loved to. From the weekly vernacular magazines Bannawag and Liwayway to newspapers to comics to books, we never pass them up.

Reading is my sanctuary. It thrust me into their alternate universe, drawn close to the characters and scenes, and secluded from the real-world distractions.

IMG_0593While on the road, I would find time to read books. In fact, I would bring along with me one or two paper-bound books. I am a voracious reader. I can finish a book rather quickly.

Also on the road, I would find some bookshops to buy old or new titles. Like when I was in Lucena City, Tacloban City, Cebu City and Davao City.

Through, you can borrow my books. Or maybe you can get it when you join me in one of my trips.

Curiously, while reading the book Balance of Power by Richard North Patterson, which is about guns, gun control, and gun lobby, the Newtown, Connecticut massacre and the Nevada shooting happened.
