Because of what transpired in Zamboanga City the past days, a heightened alert status in the coastal towns of Zamboanga Peninsula Region was issued. And I was advised by Auntie Carmelita that instead of going to Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, I have to go somewhere else.
Before lunch time, I and Moy Moy, Auntie Lita’s nephew, drove up north to visit a waterfalls right at the edge of the Pan-Philippine Highway and within the vicinity of the headquarters of the 1st Infantry Division in Camp Major Cesar Sang-an in Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur.
Its roaring waters are just as eager to cascade down in different slides thus displaying magnificent view that can easily enthrall a visitor and carry it to a fantasy-like moment.
As I get lulled by the splendor of Pulacan Falls, it occurred to me that it has a semblance with Tarangban Falls in Calbayog City.
Although it was a Saturday when I visited Pulacan Falls, it was all mine for a long while. And since it had been raining the past days, I found it hard to roam around but it did not diminish whatsoever the experience and joys that I had.
