For four days every mid February, the sprawling Clark Air Field is adorned with colorful giant balloons. In what has become an annual spectacle, various Philippine-based companies and a number of foreign hot air balloon enthusiasts converged at the former American air base to the delight of nearly a hundred thousand crowd.
